#911 ETERNALASTIC ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING
TROPICAL ROOFING PRODUCTS #911 ETERNALASTIC ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING is a professional
grade 100% Acrylic Elastomeric coating. Energy Star Approved, California Title 24 compliant, UL classified, Miami-Dade County Approved, designed specifically for the rigors of professional roofing. 911's durability provides superior adhesion on a wide variety of substrates and will dramatically reduce roof temperatures while protecting the underlying roof membrane, delivering extremely high elastomeric properties. Coating exhibits maximum flexibility in cold climates.
Meets ASTM D 6083. UL Classified
PREPARATION: Surface must be clean and dry, free of moisture both on and beneath the surface. Pressure wash roof thoroughly to remove as much dust, dirt, and debris as possible. After careful inspection of entire roof, repair all holes, cracks, tears or breaks with reinforcing fabric and #950 Eternamastic. #950 Eternamastic repairs can usually be coated within 24 hours. Coat newly applied asphalt emulsion as soon as the emulsion can take foot traffic without scuffing the surface, normally 7°C10 days.
APPLICATION: Apply on warm, sunny days, preferably in themorning hours to provide maximumcure time.
#911 Eternalastic can be applied to a dry or slightly damp, but not wet, surface.Watermust be swept out of all puddles prior to application of #911. Stir #911 thoroughly before application to achieve a uniformconsistency. Apply with a heavy-duty paint roller or heavy-duty spray equipment. When applied with roller or brush, strokes should be kept in one direction. Apply second coat perpendicular to the first. Allow at least four hours between coats and 24°C48 hours for full cure, dependent upon weather conditions. Relative humidity will directly affect drying/curing time. Avoid over application.
COVERAGE: Apply at a minimum rate of 1.0 - 2.0 gallons per sq. ft. per coat depending on porosity. Two coats are required.
PRECAUTIONS: DO NOT APPLY IF TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 50°F OR ABOVE 110°F. DO NOT APPLY IF THERE IS A THREAT OF RAIN OR DEW WITHIN 48°C72 HOURS. DO NOT ALLOW TO FREEZE. DO NOT
THIN. DO NOT HEAT CONTAINER or store at temperatures greater than 120°F.Be sure the lid is tight and the pail is securedwhen transporting this product.Do not allowpail to tumble as thismay loosen the lid and allowleak- age or spillage to occur. This coating is not recommended for areaswith inadequate drainage (pondingwater), over gravel, overwalking decks, or old roofs that are too brittle and dry.
DO NOT APPLY TO FLAT SURFACES WITH POOR DRAINAGEORWHERE PONDINGWATERWILL EXIST.
CLEANUP: Clean with mineral spirits or paint thinner.
CAUTION! COMBUSTIBLE!
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Close container after each use. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY! If swal- lowed, do not induce vomiting. CALL PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY!

MULE-HIDE A-320 FINISH
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A-320 FINISH ("A-320") is a white, non-yellowing acrylic based elastomeric coating. It
exhibits exceptional exterior durability and UV stability, superior flexibility in low
temperature environments, and high reflectivity. A-320 FINISH will maintain its white
appearance when applied over any mod bit or fresh asphaltic substrates (New smooth
BUR or Granulated Cap Sheets less than 5 years old) and areas that periodically pond
water (not to exceed 48 hours). A-320 FINISH is formulated to improve resistance to
damage caused by periodic ponding. However, A-320 FINISH is not intended as a cure
all for ponded water situations and prolonged exposure to moisture in ponded areas may
be detrimental to A-320 FINISH. Areas where ponded water remains for more than 48
hours may require the installation of new drains to provide proper drainage or tapered
insulation and new, compatible roofing materials to create positive drainage to the existing drain
system. NRCA guidelines for ponding water state, If the ponding condition cannot be eliminated,
perform more frequent inspections to monitor and maintain the membrane surface affected by the
ponding condition. Implement permanent solutions at the time of reroofing.
A-320 FINISH is available in 1 and 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums, and 275 gallon totes.
BASIC USES
A-320 FINISH is designed to impart a white, weatherproof seal over a variety of surfaces, such as:
Asphaltic roof surfaces
o New Smooth BUR (less than 5 years old)
o Modified Bitumen
o Granulated Cap Sheets
Acrylic Coatings - Used as a topcoat
Metal Substrates - Used as a topcoat
Use A-320 FINISH in areas where the existing fresh asphalt or aged asphalt based roof system would
discolor and stain a conventional white acrylic coating.

MULE-HIDE A-320 FINISH
SURFACE PREPARATION
ALWAYS TEST FOR PROPER ADHESION. Mule-Hide recommends a jobsite adhesion test be
performed. If in doubt as to the compatibility of the coating and substrate, allow a minimum sixday
cure. Prior to the application of any Mule-Hide Roof Coatings System, always read all
pertinent use, storage, application and safety data.
APPLICATION
Properly clean roof surface scheduled to receive coating, and rinse well. Make all necessary
repairs to the existing roof surface in accordance with NRCA recommended procedures. Mule-
Hide recommends a minimum finish application rate of 2 gals per 100 square feet. For extended
performance Mule-Hide A-320 may be applied in two coats at a rate of 1.5 gal per 100 square
feet, per coat for a final coverage rate of 3 gals per 100 square feet. Do not apply the A-320 at a
coverage rate higher that 2 gal per 100 square feet per coat. Applying the A-320 at coverage
rates higher that 2 gal per 100 square feet can result in surface splitting or blistering due to
trapped moisture. When applying multiple coats, A-320 should always be applied at a rate of 1.5
gals per 100 square feet or less.
Mule-Hide recommends a 12-hour (approximately) cure time between coats or that the product
be sufficiently dry so that foot traffic will not damage the coating. Multiple coats should always be
applied within 72 hours of each coat to minimize or prevent contamination that would require
additional cleaning. Commencement of work by the contractor implies his approval of the deck
surface.
PRECAUTIONS
Check weather conditions prior to start of work. Acrylic Coatings require the complete evaporation
of water to cure. Cool temperatures and high humidity retard cure. Do not apply if weather
conditions will not permit complete cure before rain, dew or freezing temperatures.
Cool temperatures and high humidity are factors that may delay curing, which can result in longer
cure times between coats.
For applications in higher temperatures (above 90°F) Mule-Hide recommends application in
multiple thin coats to prevent trapped moisture problems.
CLEAN UP
Equipment clean up is simple using Mule-Hide 115 CLEANER and water while the product is still wet.
Thoroughly rinse all hoses and spray equipment at the end of each day and make sure all materials,
debris, and containers are removed from the job site and properly store or discard.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Do not store any products in areas where temperatures will fall below freezing (no less than 45°F).
ACRYLIC PRODUCTS MUST BE PROTECTED FROM FREEZING AT ALL TIMES.
PROTECTION & SAFETY
Mule-Hide maintains Material Safety Data Sheets on all of its products. Safety Data Sheets contain health and
safety information for your development of appropriate product handling procedures to protect your employees
and customers. Mule-Hide's Material Safety Data Sheets should be read and understood by all of your
supervisory personnel and employees before using Mule-Hide products in your facilities.
